About Us
Wadaan Foundation, initially founded as Nasr Foundation on October 23, 2014, is a non-profit organization operating under the Companies Act, 2017. It is committed to improving the socio-economic conditions of marginalized communities, primarily through initiatives in education, healthcare, vocational training, and renewable energy. The foundation also focuses on providing essential services such as clean drinking water and recreational opportunities to underserved areas, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan.
Our Vision
Wadaan Foundation’s ongoing projects are designed to uplift the socio-economic status of local communities through tangible improvements in education, health, and economic empowerment. The foundation strives to alleviate poverty, improve living standards, and offer sustainable opportunities for local growth. Its vision is to transform Lakki Marwat and surrounding areas by improving infrastructure, healthcare, clean water access, and economic prospects. Ultimately, Wadaan Foundation aims to elevate the socio-economic indicators of these communities to a level above the national average.

Assad Saifullah Khan is the CEO of Kohat Textile Mills Ltd. and Director at multiple Saif Group companies. With a strong legal background and international experience in the UK and Pakistan, he leads the Group's legal affairs. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and the Inns of Court School of Law.
Rana Muhammad Shafi
Rana Muhammad Shafi is a seasoned finance professional with over 52 years of experience in cost and management accounting, corporate finance, and administration. As Senior Advisor to the Saif Group of Companies, he provides strategic financial guidance and leadership. His expertise has been pivotal in shaping the group’s financial strategies and governance practices.
Faisal Saifullah
Faisal Saifullah Khan is the Director of Saif Healthcare Limited, leading its operations with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and quality service. A Business Management graduate from the University of Derby, he also holds a leadership certification from the UK’s Chartered Management Institute. His strategic vision drives the company’s continued growth in the healthcare sector.
