Due to the non existent or deteriorating condition of the road and communication network in under developed areas, improving the socio economic infrastructure within that area remains a challenge. As farm to market roads in most such areas were either never developed or if so need major reconstruction work, the economic plight of the people is hard to change. In the light of such conditions, developing basic infrastructure becomes the bed rock for future socio economic development.
